At Soul Palette, every piece is made-to-order especially for you. Because of this personalized nature, we can only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing errors.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello.soulpalette@gmail.com within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the product and the packaging for a faster resolution.
